The State of Ohio, Clark county, Probate Court

Personally appeared before the Judge of said Court,
Abraham Myers, who being duly sworn, deposeth and saith,
that he is more than twenty-one years of age; that Margaret Schuman
is more than eighteen years of age; that they are both unmarried; not nearer
of kin than first cousins; and that she is a resident of said county.

Subscribed and affirmed [sworn is crossed out] to, before me,
this 26th day of November, 1854.

It is hereby Certified, That Abraham Myers and
Margaret Schuman were united together in marriage, on the
5th day of December 1854 by me,
